Summer Camp

About Our Camp

Information about the 2016 Summer Camp at the James L. McKeown Boys & Girls Club of Woburn will be available on March 1, 2016.

Licensed by the Department of Public Health, the Club’s summer camp program is a traditional day camp that also offers an abundance of high yield learning activities aimed at curbing summer learning loss. We aim to build campers’ self confidence while they develop respect for each other and the world around them.

About Our Staff

The Club takes pride in our dedicated, energetic and well trained staff. All staff members take part in a selective interview process that includes both CORI and SORI background checks. They are also trained in both first aid and CPR.

Something New & Exciting Every Day

The day begins at 9:00 a.m. with an all-camp meeting and ends with group time at 5:30 p.m. In between there is swimming, sports, arts, science experiments and so much more. For a fee of $25.00 per week, early morning care is also available from 7:30 a.m. until 9:00 a.m. for those families that need it.
